Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic Goan and coastal cuisine, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Goan and coastal dishes, including seafood specialties
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Develop and standardize recipes as per menu requirements
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ingredient procurement
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Goan and coastal cuisine
- Expertise in seafood preparation and regional cooking techniques
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Time management and kitchen leadership skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–8 years experience in Goan or coastal cuisine kitchens
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
