Role Overview
The L1 Technical Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for technical issues at client sites. The role involves diagnosing basic hardware/software problems, logging tickets, and escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend on-site support calls and resolve basic technical issues.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for devices, networks, and attendance systems.
- Log incidents accurately and maintain daily support records.
- Ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and biometric systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical support or field service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
