JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Officer/Executive
Department: Sales
Reports to: Head Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (2-A, Agarwal Complex, Chimanlal Girdharlal Road, Ahmedabad – 380009)
Experience: 3-4 years Sales, preferably logistics/aviation/industrial sectors
Salary Range: ₹35,000 - 45,000/month (₹4.2L - 5.4L annually) + performance bonus
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to drive Sales of Products assigned for the location.
· Prepare & work upon strategies to drive business of the branch.
· Assist the Station Manager or the Product in charge, to work on budgets and actuals.
· Be active on market research and effectively share the same, for business strategies
· Support Operations & CSR for compliance in all types of shipment documentation
· Ensure that all documents are in line with airline requirement following IATA rules.
· Deals with customer queries and complaints.
· Responsible to meet Collections targets for the branch.
· Ensure all queries & grievances are resolved and escalated as needed.
· Responsible for a creating a great brand experience.
· Liaising with the team and Customer Service for all urgent operational escalations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
