INVIXIUM is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling technical information and converting it into formal documentation designed to ensure that installers/system integrators are equipped with the skills needed to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IXM products.

Under the supervision of the Manager, Technical Services, the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Training Specialist include:
- Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
- Assess training needs and certification requirements.
- Prepare and conduct technical training courses and certification programs.
- Provide end user training for partners, system integrators, installers, and end-users.
- Deploy training to targeted personnel internally and externally.
- Conduct presentations and webinars.
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
- Continuously improve technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
- Mentor other tech support staff in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Test process with different subjects.
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
- Ensure clear communication with internal and external customers and adherence to defined procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals through curriculum prep, compiling technical user manuals, preparation & revision of certification programs and its successful deployment.
- Partner with Technical Services in performing testing of various products and software. Utilize test data along with device’s feature description details (FDDs) in developing best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Provide input towards implementing policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer-oriented services.
- Maintain internal and external training data for visibility (KPI), course refresher and recertification programs.
- Audit customers’ training/certification data to ensure accuracy of information.
- Plan and execute classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops.
- University Degree, preferably in electronics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Technical Training and Support.
- Working experience with various software applications including ERP.
- Experience or interest in teaching adults technical subjects and tasks.
- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Base Management.
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical field.
- Extensive customer facing experience.
