About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, generating leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy a fast-paced target-based environment, and are keen to earn uncapped incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
· Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries effectively
· Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/system
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Desired Candidate Profile
· Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident telephone manner
· Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English
· Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred
· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet goals
· Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections positively
· Basic computer literacy for maintaining call records and using CRM tools
· Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
