Position: Telecaller
Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and maintaining excellent patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls from patients and provide information about hospital services.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
- Handle patient inquiries politely and professionally.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
- Maintain patient records and update data in the hospital system.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments regarding patient appointments.
- Inform patients about health packages, camps, and promotional activities.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Qualification
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in customer service or computer applications will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Location: SMS Hospital, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad.

- Number of calls handled per day.
- Appointment booking conversion rate.
- Patient satisfaction level.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Accuracy of patient information and records.
Pay: ₹8,516.71 - ₹20,839.13 per month
