About the Role
The Security and Tracking Agent plays a vital role in ensuring smooth gate operations, accurate record-keeping, and secure tracking of vehicles. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in logistics, offering hands-on experience in security management and transportation operations. This position requires vigilance, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills to support STS’s commitment to safety and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage gate entries and exits, verifying vehicles, drivers, and visitors
· Update details in software and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets
· Monitor CCTV systems and manage gate operations remotely to ensure security and smooth flow of operations
· Tracking trucks to ensure timely movement
· Following up with drivers for updates
· Performing yard check on time
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Qualifications Required
· Strong observational skills
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to work under pressure and multitask
· Basic computer proficiency
· Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
