Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with architects, interior designers, luxury homeowners, and channel partners, generate qualified leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert conversations into appointments and sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm and cold leads to introduce Mira Luxury products.
- Follow up with architects, interior designers, dealers, and prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings and showroom visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing prospects.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for quotations and project updates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with architects and interior designers.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relations, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making 60–100 outbound calls per day.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in luxury products, furniture, interiors, architecture, real estate, or home décor is preferred.
