We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at The Regalia Resort, Ashwem Beach, Goa. As a CDP, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute dishes in your assigned section (hot/cold/pastry, etc.).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your section.
- Assist in menu development and daily specials.
- Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of your specialized section and general kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree/diploma preferred.
