We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in the Overseas education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s network, and driving student recruitment through institutional collaborations and education agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, study abroad consultants, and international education partners.
- Expand and manage a network of education agents and partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with potential clients and partners.
- Ready to Travel .
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding and collaboration management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development within the education, study abroad, or EdTech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Good understanding of international education and student recruitment processes is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in international student recruitment or education partnerships.
- Knowledge of global education markets (UK, Europe, Malta, Canada, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events when required.
