A Delivery Coordinator cum Demo Incharge oversees the seamless delivery of products, manages client handovers, and conducts hands-on product demonstrations. This dual role ensures operational efficiency from the warehouse to the customer, driving client satisfaction and post-purchase engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Coordination & Logistics:
- Oversee the end-to-end dispatch and delivery of products from the hub to customer locations.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, track shipments, and ensure products are handled safely.
- Coordinate routes for delivery teams to ensure timely arrivals and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory, packing lists, and dispatch documentation accurately.
Product Demonstration
- Conduct engaging, hands-on product demonstrations and orientations for customers upon delivery.
- Explain technical features, functionalities, and safety procedures clearly to users.
- Troubleshoot initial setup issues and answer client questions to ensure product readiness and high satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
