Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Role Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing operations, driving business growth, and strengthening Ambinova Technologies' market presence. The role requires close coordination with the management team to execute business development strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Ø Lead, monitor, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Ø Review and analyze the daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports of all sales personnel.
Ø Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's customer base.
Ø Promote Ambinova Technologies' products and strengthen the brand presence in the market.
Ø Support the management in day-to-day business development and strategic decision-making.
Ø Maintain complete visibility of customer pipelines, quotations, orders, revenue, and sales performance, ensuring all critical business data is readily available.
Ø Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management review.
Ø Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Ø Assist management in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, cost-related decisions, and overall sales planning.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Ø Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Ø Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Ø Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related Biological Science discipline.
Ø Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development within the scientific, laboratory, biotechnology or life sciences industry.
Ø Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of laboratory instruments, scientific equipment, and life science products. Ability to quickly learn and effectively present the company's product portfolio.
Ø Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Bengali will be a strong advantage.
Ø Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ø Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
Ø Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Reporting :
The Marketing & Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will serve as the primary reporting authority for the Sales Team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
