About Carryall Packaging
Carryall Packaging is a growing manufacturer of premium and customized packaging solutions, including luxury paper bags, shopping bags, gift bags, and branded packaging products. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth business functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Monitor order status, production schedules, dispatch timelines, and customer commitments.
- Ensure effective communication between departments for timely execution of orders.
- Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Administration & Coordination
- Manage office administration, documentation, and record keeping.
- Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and service providers.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and support management in daily operations.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, dispatches, and internal communications.
- Support management in implementing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and inter-departmental challenges.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Office Management, Operations, Administration, or Business Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS Reporting, and Office Management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or production environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management and operational reporting.
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and managing workflows.
