Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, and demo classes.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by providing personalized guidance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple student inquiries.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in education counselling, telesales, customer support, BPO, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
