Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.
This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, market understanding, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (internship experience counts).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of technology or SaaS products is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech-based or startup environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to identify and pursue new business channels strategically.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
