We are looking for a Support Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience through phone, email, and chat support. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support are welcome to apply. Knowledge of CRM/LMS tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
