*Key Responsibilities* Business Development & *Sales* : Identify new clients in sectors such as FMCG, food, garments, and industrial packaging to generate leads and convert them into sales. Client Relationship *Management* : Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and manage key accounts. Market Research & *Analysis* : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new market segments. Product Promotion & *Branding:* Create and implement marketing strategies using digital media (LinkedIn, IndiaMART) and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness. *Order Execution &* *Coordination* : Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and manage client requirements. *Technical Knowledge* : Understand the manufacturing process of plastic products, including technical specifications (GSM, micron levels) to accurately pitch products and provide quotes. *Reporting* : Track daily/weekly marketing activities, manage CRM data, and report on campaign performance to management. *Experience* : 1–5 years in marketing, specifically in B2B, plastic packaging, or manufacturing sectors. *Education* : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred). *Technical Skills* : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software or digital marketing tools. *Core Competencies* : Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills. *Language:* Fluency in English and local languages, based on the target region
