Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-dry, coloring, highlights, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper sanitization of tools and workspace
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Recommend salon products and services to clients for enhanced results
- Work collaboratively with team members for smooth salon operations
- Maintain client records and service history accurately
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon
- Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized services
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and trends
- Certification in hair styling/beauty (preferred)
