- Candidtes should have Minimum 1 Year experience in student counselor,BDE,or similar role.
- Provide academic advising and course selection support to students.
- Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.
- Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements.
- Stay updated with current educational trends, curricula, and career opportunities.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities.
- Assist students in the admission and enrollment process.
- Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets
- Manage the complete admission process, including documentation and follow-ups
- Mentor, train, and support junior academic counselors
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma,Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
- Proven experience in academic or career counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems and career opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,500.60 - ₹35,475.90 per month
