Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads through paid digital marketing campaigns.
Optimize ad performance by monitoring CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and digital marketing strategies.
