We are looking for a sales and marketing executives for our interior business.
The main work is to find architects, builders, civil engineers and contractors across Tamil Nadu, contact them, meet them and get interior project orders.
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and sales ability. Incentives will be paid.
Responsibilities
- Find contact details of architects and builders.
- Call them and fix appointments.
- Meet architects and explain our interior services.
- Show our previous projects, designs and product details.
- Ask about their ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Follow up regularly.
- Build a good relationship with architects and builders.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Visit project sites when required.
- Maintain details of calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Travel across Tamil Nadu for client meetings.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good spoken Tamil.
- Basic English preferred.
- Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Experience in interiors, construction, furniture or building materials is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
