Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in the Real Estate/Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, managing procurement activities, and ensuring timely availability of materials across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services.
- Source, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Compare quotations and finalize vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely material availability at Sector 66 and Sector 102 project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor agreements, and purchase reports.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Purchase Manager in the Real Estate/Construction industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to visit and coordinate between project sites in Sector 66 and Sector 102, Mohali.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
