- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
- Prepare and maintain service stations, cutlery, glassware, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when necessary.
- Prepare bills and process payments when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, but freshers may also be considered.
- Basic English and/or Hindi communication skills.
