Key Responsibilities:
- Tally, Bagging, Manifesting, WDL & Sorting
- Assist in pickup/delivery planning, routing, and dispatch readiness
- Coordinate with field teams for smooth operations
- On-field pickup and delivery activities as and when required
- Perform scanning, data entry, and shipment status updates
- Monitor dispatch and track real-time delivery/pickup progress
- Handle basic escalations and report discrepancies (delays, RTO, misroutes)
- Maintain MIS reports and operational records
- Ensure proper documentation, SOP adherence, and audit support
- Coordinate with internal teams, hubs, and transporters
