Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of application support processes and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track application performance and detect anomalies.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business systems.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation frameworks to streamline maintenance tasks.
