- Lead and manage a team of fabrication engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of fabrication processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of fabrication activities.
- Develop and maintain fabrication schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement and promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the fabrication engineering team.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
