About the role:
Software Tester We are looking for a Software Tester with at least 2.5 years assess software quality through manual and automated testing. He/ she will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. Software Testers are responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. They are involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Some of the duties include analysis of software and systems as per function requirement, mitigate risk and prevent software issues.
We required that Tester has experienced to perform in below platform. So we required that candidate must have performed in below testing areas:
1. Functional Testing
2: UI Testing
3: Security Testing
4: Database Testing
5: Performance Testing
6: Load Testing
7: Negative Testing
8: Regression Testing
Additionally, they have experienced in Mobile and Web testing. Software Tester duties and responsibilities:
- Analyse user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Have the experience to break down the requirements into Use Cases and be able to create comprehensive test cases.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) • Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Apply quality engineering principals
- Provide support and documentation
- Client Management & Interaction
- Writing test plans, cases, and execution independently
- Critical thinking / Analytical / Problem Solving
- Be independent thinker and self-starter.
- Be able to anticipate the testing from a user perspective.
- Bring about process improvement and managing risks.
- Experienced Regression Tester.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Software Tester requirements and qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Comfortable with Manual Testing / Automation Tools.
- Convert Manual Test Cases in Automation Scripts.
- Having expertise in Testing of Desktop and Web and Mobile applications using Manual Testing procedures.
- Knowledge in Software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Responsible for creating the defects rep
