We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Visa Operations Executive to manage end-to-end visa processing for corporate clients. The candidate will handle documentation, coordinate with embassies/consulates, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities Visa Processing & Documentation
- Manage end-to-end visa processing for corporate clients across multiple countries
- Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare visa applications in compliance with embassy/consulate requirements
- Track application status and ensure timely submissions and follow-ups
Client & Partner Management
- Act as the point of contact for B2B clients (travel agencies, corporates, immigration partners)
- Provide updates and guidance on visa requirements, timelines, and changes in regulations
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Compliance & Knowledge Management
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements for various countries
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws and company SOPs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
Coordination & Operations
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other authorities
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, documentation, logistics) for smooth operations
- Handle escalations, urgent cases, and high-priority applications
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for visa processing
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and turnaround time
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of visa processes (Schengen, UK, US, etc. preferred)
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Problem-solving and escalation handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in travel, immigration, or visa processing industry
- Familiarity with B2B client servicing
- Experience with visa management systems or CRM tools

Pay: ₹213,410.37 - ₹500,000.33 per year
