We are looking for a result-driven Modern Trade Executive who can manage and expand sales through institutional and contract channels such as railways, bus stands, dhabas, and other high-footfall locations. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure and manage long-term sales contracts.
· Develop and manage sales in Railway stalls, Big Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart, Walmart, Megamart, Bus Stands, Dhabas, Canteens, and Highway outlets
· Identify new business opportunities and secure sales contracts/tenders
· Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and distributors
· Handle negotiations for pricing, margins, and placement of products
· Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and stock management
· Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply and execution
· Track competitor activity and suggest growth strategies
Required Skills:
· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
· Experience in contract-based/institutional sales
· Knowledge of modern trade channels and high-footfall outlets
· Good communication and problem-solving ability
· Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification:
· Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
· Experience in FMCG / Snacks / Food Industry
· Exposure to Railway tenders, bus stand contracts, or highway dhaba networks
· Existing network with vendors/contractors is a big plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of new contracts acquired
· Sales growth in assigned territory
· Outlet coverage (Railway, Bus Stand, Dhaba)
· Product visibility and placement
