Role Overview:
The Admission Counsellor – MBA Programs will be responsible for handling student admissions with a strong focus on digital lead management and conversions. The role requires counselling MBA aspirants and achieving assigned admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound digital leads and convert them into enrollments
Counsel MBA aspirants and guide them through the admission process
Maintain daily lead tracking and reporting
Coordinate with digital marketing and admissions teams
Achieve assigned admission targets in a target-driven environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in student admissions (education industry mandatory)
Hands-on experience converting digital leads (website, WhatsApp, campaigns, portals, etc.)
Strong counselling, persuasion, and closing skills
Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
MBA admissions experience preferred
