Job Title: Sweet Counter Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sweet Counter Executive to manage our sweets counter efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in reputed sweet shops or restaurants, possess excellent customer service skills, and ensure proper display, packing, billing support, and hygiene standards at the counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting sweets, bakery products, and gift packs.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked sweets display.
- Weigh, pack, and hand over products accurately.
- Ensure product freshness by following FIFO and checking quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production and store teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sweets counter as per FSSAI standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support billing operations whenever required.
- Achieve daily sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience at a sweets counter in a reputed sweet shop, restaurant, or bakery.
- Experience in handling premium sweets, gift packing, and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and festival seasons.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience at Haldiram, Bikanervala, Hira Sweets, Om Sweets, Kaleva, or other reputed sweet brands will be preferred.
- Follow all company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
