Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage the timely dispatch and delivery of products to retail outlets, distributors, and customers. The role involves coordinating transportation, maintaining inventory records, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to all branches and distributors.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and retail teams for dispatch planning.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
- Maintain inventory and dispatch records accurately.
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock quantities.
- Ensure proper packing and handling of food products during transportation.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and delivery personnel.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Freshers with good organizational skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
