We're looking for someone to help build it.
Svaaya is building a new way for people to discover and book trusted beauty & wellness professionals. Instead of asking friends for recommendations or endlessly searching Instagram, customers can compare verified professionals, see their work, pricing, reviews and availability, and book instantly.
We're still early. Which means every reel, campaign and idea you work on has the potential to shape how thousands of people discover us.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and create engaging Instagram content and short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit reels for Svaaya's social media.
- Research trends and turn them into content quickly.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, from outreach to execution.
- Brainstorm and experiment with new content ideas.
- Analyse content performance and identify what can be improved.
- Help build a brand people genuinely remember.
We're looking for someone who...
- Is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Fashion Communication, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Has created content themselves and understands what performs on Instagram.
- Is actively building a personal brand, creator page, or content-focused social media account.
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.
- Can think creatively instead of simply following trends.
- Is comfortable shooting content and being behind the camera, and occasionally in front of it if needed.
- Is curious, proactive and willing to experiment.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
We're far more interested in what you've created than where you've worked. If you've grown an Instagram page, built a personal brand, or created content you're proud of, we'd love to see it.

Location: Hybrid (Office: Kandivali West, Mumbai)
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Timings: 10am to 7pm, 3 days from office and 3 days from home a week
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
