Roles:
- Hr generalist activities along with Admin activities like Biometric process, Acess card providance to employees ect.,
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Hands in experience working with Payroll for atleast 100 - 200 employee as a individual HR.
- Hands in experience handling and calculating PF, ESI, PT and other Statutory compliances.
