- Employer relations: Develop and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to identify and secure placement opportunities for students.
- Student support: Provide career guidance to students, including resume writing assistance, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Event coordination: Organize and manage recruitment events like job fairs, placement drives, and networking events.
- Placement management: Coordinate the logistical aspects of placements, such as scheduling interviews and ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Monitoring and reporting: Track student progress during placements, gather feedback from both students and employers, and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities.
- Administrative tasks: Handle administrative duties related to placements, which may include background checks, managing eligibility lists, and communicating with course coordinators.
