Job Summary:-
The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance for the real estate company. The role will support both corporate-office employees and site/project teams while ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, marketing, engineering, construction, and site positions.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on suitable recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with management.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future project requirements.
2. Employee Management
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with management for appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain effective communication between employees, management, and project/site teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime, and leave records.
- Maintain attendance records for both office and site employees.
- Verify leave applications and ensure approvals as per company policy.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts for attendance-based salary processing.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with the Accounts/Finance Department.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other salary-related inputs.
- Maintain salary records and employee compensation details.
- Assist in preparing salary structures and reviewing employee compensation when required.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance records and assist management in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Support performance improvement plans wherever required.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain required employee records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants or management for PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, labour compliance, and other applicable requirements.
7. Site HR Coordination
- Coordinate with project/site managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee-related issues at construction sites.
- Support recruitment of site engineers, supervisors, labour, security, housekeeping, and other project staff.
- Maintain proper documentation of site employees and contract workers.
8. Employee Engagement & Discipline
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure professional conduct and workplace discipline.
- Handle employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
9. HR Documentation
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and confidential HR records.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, recruitment, and employee performance.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and record-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS/HR software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with senior management, employees, and site teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Educational Qualification:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Experience:-
- HR Executive: 0-6 months of experience.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property development industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,016.00 - ₹23,001.00 per month
