The School Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, students, parents, and management. The role involves managing records, admissions, compliance, communication, and general office administration to support the effective functioning of the school.
Administrative Operations
- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and school documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all school records.
- Prepare reports, letters, circulars, and official correspondence.
Admissions & Parent Relations
- Coordinate the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Address parent queries and provide necessary information regarding school policies and procedures.
- Maintain admission records and student databases.
Staff Coordination
- Maintain staff attendance and leave records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
Student Administration
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and personal files.
- Coordinate issuance of certificates, transfer certificates, bonafide certificates, and other official documents.
- Support student-related administrative requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with school regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain licenses, approvals, and mandatory school records.
- Assist during inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
Event & Facility Coordination
- Assist in organizing school events, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
- Monitor the upkeep and efficient utilization of school facilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
