Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and finished machines as per work instructions.
- Read and follow assembly drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Perform visual and functional inspections during and after assembly.
- Report defects, damaged parts, or assembly issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and ensure traceability of assembled products.
- Follow quality standards, safety regulations, and 5S practices.
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Production teams for smooth operations.
Qualification
- ITI (Fitter, Mechanic, Turner, Machinist) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
Skills Required
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Teamwork and discipline.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
