- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Track office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
