Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and manage roto-molding machines, including adjusting oven temperatures, rotational speeds, and cycle times.
- Material Loading: Measure and load exact amounts of plastic powder or liquid resin into the molds, and apply mold release agents.
- Molding & Demolding: Safely remove finished, hot plastic parts from the molds and perform post-molding tasks like trimming and de-flashing.
- Quality Control: Inspect products visually for defects such as bubbles, delamination, or uneven thickness.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on molds and machinery, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Essential Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and bend repeatedly in a hot, loud, and demanding manufacturing environment. [1, 2]
- Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring material weight and following specific instructions to avoid product defects.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic troubleshooting skills to identify machine malfunctions or irregularities.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies, including safety glasses, heat-resistant gloves, and ear protection
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
