Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work accurately within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST/TDS and other statutory compliance reports as applicable.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Verify expense claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Timely completion of reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Compliance with statutory and tax filing deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
