As an Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead a high-impact engineering team responsible for building and scaling Atlys' Infrastructure, DevOps, Automation, AI and Signals platforms. You'll work closely with Engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence while building reliable cloud infrastructure, scalable developer platforms, robust automation, and observability systems that enable engineering teams to ship faster and operate at scale.
The Job

Lead and scale the Infrastructure, DevOps, Automation, AI, and Signals engineering teams.

Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization with a strong culture of ownership and execution.

Define and drive the technical roadmap for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and developer productivity.

Design and operate highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or GCP.

Improve engineering velocity by building robust CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and internal developer platforms.

Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) adoption and cloud automation initiatives.

Own observability across the platform by establishing best practices for monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident management.

Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, operational excellence, and platform reliability.

Partner closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Engineering leadership to align platform investments with business goals.

Drive initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cloud cost optimization.

Build automation that reduces operational overhead and enables engineering teams to move faster.

Coach engineering managers and senior engineers, supporting their technical and leadership growth.
The Ideal Candidate

10 –14 years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading and managing engineering teams.

Strong architecture and system design expertise across native mobile ecosystems, specifically Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).

Experience building and scaling high quality consumer facing products with strong attention to performance, reliability, and user experience.

Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent in fast paced environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align engineering execution to business priorities.

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and move fast.
