Salfords Associates is a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural consultancy specializing in Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, PEB Design, RCC Design, BBMP/BMRDA Plan Approvals, Project Management, and Construction Consultancy. We are looking for a creative and technically sound Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion/Enscape.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and submission drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Prepare drawings for BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, Panchayat, and other statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare presentation drawings, renderings, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, local building bye-laws, and relevant IS standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Review BOQs and assist in material selection and specifications.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to project timelines.
