Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / CAD Drafter to join our growing luxury residential interior design studio. This is a long-term remote position with excellent opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will begin by assisting with technical drafting and construction documentation while gradually expanding into 3D modeling, photorealistic renderings, furniture layouts, and complete interior design development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, technical problem-solving, and creating beautiful luxury residential spaces while working alongside an experienced international design team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings, including elevations, few sections and details showing interior selections
- Review architectural plans and translate design concepts into technical documentation.
- Create and maintain drawing revisions throughout each project.
- Coordinate drawings with project specifications, schedules, and design intent.
- Organize project files and maintain drawing standards.
- Assist with furniture layouts, finish schedules, and material specifications.
- Gradually transition into 3D modeling, visualization, and photorealistic rendering using ARCHICAD and Lumion.
- Support the senior design team with design development, space planning, and client presentation materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with excellent drafting and construction documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of ARCHICAD and Lumion.
- Experience with SketchUp; familiarity with Revit or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Understanding of residential interior design, cabinetry detailing, space planning, and furniture layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of drafting standards, dimensions, annotations, line weights, and detailing.
- Understanding of color theory, lighting design, finish materials, and interior specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
