Roles & Responsibility:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Help prepare user stories, process flows, and project documentation.
- Work with Product, Development, UI/UX, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile meetings such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Assist in creating wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
- Track tasks and project progress using Jira and Confluence.
- Support testing and ensure features meet business requirements.
- Research market trends and prepare reports when required.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Business Analysis concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, or SQL is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday to Sat
Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Pay: Stipend basis
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
