Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per recipes and SOPs
- Assist Sous Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI norms
- Manage mise-en-place efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
- Follow FIFO and portion control standards
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in Continental kitchen
- Knowledge of sauces, grilling, pasta, steaks & plating
- Basic understanding of food cost and portion control
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
