As a fast-growing startup, we're looking for passionate individuals who can help bring our innovative products to customers across academia, industry, and government.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to drive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for our robotics products. You will work closely with the founding team to identify opportunities, engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and help grow our presence in the robotics and autonomous systems market.
Identify and generate leads across universities, research institutions, government organizations, industries, and channel partners.
Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (online and in person).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
Represent AutoMind Dynamics at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Develop relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
Coordinate with engineering teams to address technical queries during customer discussions.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Ability to present technical products in a simple and engaging manner.
Comfortable with customer meetings and travel when required.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Interest in robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or deep-tech products.
Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
