Job descriptions-Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and potential clients to promote Natural Elements’ products.
Ø Generate new business leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
Ø Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Ø Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flooring, cladding, decking etc
Ø Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product samples to clients.
Ø Coordinate with the showroom and back-office team for order processing, quotations, and after-sales support.
Ø Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Ø Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ø Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of daily sales activities.
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / outbound sales in the home decor, building materials or interior products industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Ability to build long-term relationships and close sales effectively.
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and lead generation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
