We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage emails and office correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments when required.
- Handle basic administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-organized and responsible.
- Prior experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
