Role Summary
The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, profitability, customer service, and team management of a branch office. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets
- Drive sales of products/services
- Develop local market strategies to increase customer base
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Monitor branch performance metrics and reports
- Manage branch budgets and expenses
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff
- Set performance goals and conduct appraisals
- Ensure proper staffing and productivity
- Foster a positive work environment
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Ensure quality service delivery
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain operational and financial controls
- Conduct audits and compliance checks
